Pitless Type Weighbridge
ANADOLU weighbridges have high durability and strong steel construction. Not produced from bended plate like other vehicle bascules. Complete body of the bascule consists of hot bound of IPE, NPI ve NPU profiles. ST37 A1 platform plate is used as a component of this durable bridge. Moduler structure provides an easy assembly and disassembly opportunities. Ensures highly sensitive measurement by virtue of 8 / 10 pieces load cell. Pitless Mounted Steel Weighing Platform
KABBAN weighbridges, possible to pitless installation, that modular design is manufatured as completely flat steel. It is placed on the foundation prepared on the ground. The carrying beams are on two outer sides of scale of the platform which also accomplishes the barrier function.
Steel Platform design is manufactured by IPE profiles to obtain high strength for heavy conditions. Platform is painted with 1 layer of primer and 2 layer of synthetic paint.
Because of modular form, standard modules, easy and fast setup possibility, it may be manufactured different sizes till 24m and different capacities. Modular dimensions and structures make easy to loading trucks and container.
LOAD CELL
BR016 is a high performance fully welded compression type load cell. It perfect fits for use in high capacity weighing systems such as truck scales, axle scales, heavy capacity floor scales, tank scales, ship weighing and other heavy capacity industrial applications. BR016 is supplied with Rockwell 44 hardened upper and lower receivers as standard.

WEIGHING INDICATOR
Blue22 is a high quality general purpose weighing indicator in stainless steel housing. Its optional alibi memory provides usage with non-approved PC software for approved scales.
Blue22, the increased lightning & surge voltage protected variant of Blue22, has a very high protection against lightning on its load cell and power supply connections. With its 2 pcs galvanically isolated RS232C ports, Blue22 has important advantage for industrial weighing applications, in particular for weighbridges.
Blue22 operation modes; basic weighing, classifying supported with color changing multi-color display and livestock weighing with smart dynamic filter. With IP67 protected stainless steel housing, Blue22 perfectly fits to wet, hygienic and harsh areas. Blue22 have rechargeable Li-ion long life battery.
JUNCTION BOX
The scale accuracy do not only depend on the quality of the indicator and load cell. The Junction box is the third very important instrument which determines the scale accuracy. Precision BJS series junction boxes are designed to use in every kind of industrial weighing applications including weighbridges, tank scales, silo weighing systems, conveyor scales, and high capacity scales etc.
The most accurate output is produced from matched load cells to high unbalanced load cells for scale accuracy and for easy calibration. The signal accuracy of the matched load cells does not changed because of the electronic circuitry in the junction box. There is no any adjustment limit even the output signal unbalances of the load cells are too much.
The scales equipped with BJS junction boxes can be used in all kind of industrial areas up to wet and hygienic environments.
